Service Description Municipal Government. We operate Ontario Works, Child Care, Social Housing and Homelessness programs, and operate a Long Term Care Facility.
Eligibility Criteria: Sustainable living arrangements beyond the assistance. Income and need tested.
Application procedure: Applications are reviewed weekly (typically each Monday).
Rent bank loans are provided for: Up to two months rent arrears.
Maximum loan/grant provided, max months rent: Up to two months rent arrears.
Repayment: Request Post-Dated at time of loan, follow with letters/calls as required.
Funded by: Provincial Rent Bank Funds.
